i have primary physical placement of my daughter. She has been at her mothers for winter break, i recently went to pick her up for our "late xmas" on the 27th. This was previously agreed to by myself and ex wife, here i come to find out that my daughter is in florida with her grandparents. This is all without my notice or agreement. Is this legal to take my daughter that far out of state without my consent? HELP ANYONE....

No it is not legal. They had to inform you and ask you for your permission.

If you have custody of your daughter it is considered parent kidnapping or custodial interference. No its not legal but I can tell you from dealing with this myself no cop will do a thing about it unless she is not there to go back to school on the 5th or when ever your school starts back.
Get a lawyer and take her to court is what they will tell you to do and its been my experience that even then the judge will do nothing. Anna

I agree that the police will do little unless possibly the child was taken out of the country. You best bet is contacting your lawyer for advice.
