how can i legally protest a business in alabama without getting arrested

You can file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau; anotehr with the Chamber of Commerce; another with teh Attorny General' Office. Contact your local newspaper and tv news departments and offer to give them a story on a dishonest business. You can picket the store too if your city allows it...and most do.
