Im not talking about P2P sharing. Im referring to all these new media sharing networks that have recently surfaced. How are the copyrights handled if your sharing all your media publicly online?
the way these sites work is that you can stream any media file you publish on your "page". Whereas i have many many songs and movies downloaded, im afraid to publicly post them in fear that i will be found and sued http://www.isitlegalto.com/images/smilies/eek.gif
Although there is an option to download the files (which you can remove from your page) most of it is just streaming from your home PC or Mac. Is this legal?!?http://www.isitlegalto.com/images/smilies/confused.gif
