what has happened to justice in alabama, my son was murdered by a man and two suspects they left him in the road and took off. six days later called and lawyered up with a self defense excuse. Admitted to tossing gun into water. They were also comittiing illegal acts for being in the area. local police and prosecutor failed to even do a half attempt in investigation. No attorney in alabama will touch. The police made the victim the criminal.

I am so sorry for your loss! I too, have had a son murdered in Alabama....no justice provided.
My son's case is closed supposedly, but questions were never answered, the deception and lies continue to today.

My son was murdered almost 6 years ago now, and still the answers to my questions have never been answered. The person blamed for his murder ended up dead 2 days later...so of course there was no trial because he couldn't even defend himself.

I know your pain, and your fight with Alabama attorneys to try and get justice. Seems like all the attorneys I have contacted do not want to get involved either. Surely there is someone out there that could help both our families.

I hope and pray some day we BOTH get the truth, because an attorney stepped forward to gain justice for our son's!
