I had sole custody of my children bc ex never showed in court. I was granted everything upon default!!!!! Five years later he decides he would get an emergency ex parte and I was not served with anything to make me aware of this until judge already signed it! I have not seem or talk to my kids in over four months and the order said nothing about visitation!!!!! Is this legal bc it has to be emotional abuse on the children. Also, my child support was suspended!!!
